Bequests

What will become of your companion animals in the event of your death or disability? Be sure that they will be taken care of by providing for their continued care as part of your estate planning.

In addition to providing for your loved ones, please also consider remembering RMACA in your will. There are many advantages to making a gift by bequest:
  • a bequest may allow you to contribute funds that are not available during your life
  • naming RMACA as a beneficiary allows you to support RMACA while retaining control over your funds during your life, in the event of an unexpected need
  • a bequest to RMACA may provide your estate with tax advantages.
In some cases, donors have named RMACA their beneficiary, but made their legacy conditional upon our continued care for their companion animals, thereby assuring a comfortable future for their beloved animals as well as much-appreciated support for RMACA.

RMACA will be pleased to discuss any questions you may have about including RMACA in your estate plans. Please call us at (303) 623-0765.

Ways to Contribute

There are many ways to help RMACA continue to care for feral and stray cats in the Denver Metro area.

Success Story

As RMACA volunteer Jane was caring for a feral colony in her neighborhood, she started noticing a new tomcat at her feeding station. She asked around and was told of a man on the next block over who had "a lot of cats." more >
