Meet our Board Members

  • Suzanne Burdick, President: Suzanne has been a vital part of the RMACA family for more than ten years serving as a foster home coordinator, adoption counselor, trapper, foster home and fund-raising volunteer. For 17 years Suzanne has been a legal assistant in the natural resources section of the Colorado attorney general's office. She has also worked for both daily and weekly newspapers as an account representative. She has always loved cats, but ferals are her passion. She lives with too many cats and one dog.
  • Danielle Jarock, Treasurer: A former staff accountant at Hitachi, Danielle now owns and operates Quality Paws -- a natural pet supply boutique in Denver. Over the years Danielle has trapped, spayed/neutered, socialized and found homes for hundreds of feral and unowned cats and kittens. Danielle's dedication and contact with Denver’s pet guardians provide a bridge for education about feral cat issues. Danielle, husband Sonny, and baby Ruby share their home with 5 "formerly" feral cats.
  • Wendy Evans, Secretary: Wendy has a background in both government and politics, having lived and worked -- for more than 15 years -- in Washington, D.C. Currently she is the regional representative for the U.S. Secretary of Education. She is also a commissioner on the Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline, a post she was appointed to in 2005. Wendy serves as the president of her homeowners association in Littleton. Cats have always been Wendy’s passion which is why she’s an advocate for homeless pet adoption. She shares her home with Pittypat, an orange tabby adopted from a shelter in 1992.

Board Members at Large

  • Tammi Williams: Tammi began her TNR work in her own neighborhood more than a decade ago. As a three-year RMACA volunteer, she has contributed to the organization in many ways including spearheading large scale TNR projects, volunteering at fundraisers and Spay-a-Stray clinics, and creating tools to promote and raise funds for RMACA. She is always seeking new ways to further RMACA's mission. When Tammi isn't doing work on behalf of RMACA, she can be found as a dispatcher at a trucking company or shopping on ebay. Tammi, and her husband Chris, share a rural home with a number of cats, including a small feral colony.
